Pilates Sessions
Private Pilates Sessions
A 50-55min lesson, focusing on a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises. We will tailor the movement to your needs, provide lots of verbal and visual cues, and create an experience that connects the power of the mind with the body. By introducing a new way of moving and thinking, you will begin to reteach your body correct form that will stay with you forever. This is a private, one on one session.

Duet Sessions
A 50-55min lesson, focusing on the same principles as a Private session but with a partner.

Combo A.I.S. and Pilates: 30/30
A 60min lesson, blending together Active Isolated Stretching and Pilates. We will move through specific stretches that help open and free up space in the body, and then add in Pilates. Most sessions are about 30mins of stretch and 25mins movement. A.I.S is a great partner to Pilates and provides a safe and effective way of stretching.

Active Isolated Stretching
Active Isolated Stretching (AIS):
AIS was founded over 40 years ago by kinesiologist Aaron Mattes. It is one of the methods of stretching most used by today's trainers, massage therapist, dancers and athletes. It allows the body to repair, and prepare itself for daily activity. Each stretch will involve holding the movement only two seconds. This works with the body's natural physiological makeup to help improve circulation, and elongation of muscle joints and fascia.
Private Sessions (One on One)
A 60min lesson that focuses on both upper and lower body A.I.S. We will evaluate together what muscles and areas of the body feel tight and stuck, and pick the most effective stretches to loosen up and bring the body back to a more balanced space. You will be very active during the lesson, and will be using the guidance of a strap to help assist. Although this type of stretching requires lots of participation from you, having a partner to help support, allows the nervous system to rest, slow down, and reset. One client said, “It feels like an internal massage or itch that I can never reach.” $125 55min
Group Sessions
A 45-50min group class, focusing on stretch and strength. We will move through a variety of stretches to open the hips, hamstrings and low back. You will be using a stretching strap, and if comfortable some hands on from either me or your parter! Classes range from 3-4 people.
